Guy Vande Vyvere is a Belgian fourth-generation entrepreneur and Managing Partner of Vybros NV, a dynamic single-family office based in Wortegem, Belgium. As a co-founder he has been actively involved with Vybros since 2016, where he has mainly been investing in private equity, specific PE funds and industrial real-estate. The company's private equity branch, Vybros Invest, is at the core of the investment focus and is specialized in taking traditional SMEs to the next level through professionalization, technology upgrade, restructuring, buy and build strategies, and other strategic initiatives. As an evergreen fund, Vybros Invest takes a right-term approach to added value for the portfolio companies, bringing fellowship, network, and growth capital to the table. In addition to his role at Vybros, Guy also currently serves as the Chairman of PDC Brush NV and Moerman NV. Prior to joining Vybros, Guy has gathered operational experience in various roles such as R&D Manager and Director at PDC Brush NV and Moerman NV, Technical Manager at Moerman NV, Account Manager at Nashuatec-Ricoh, and Junior Sales Executive at Nashuatec.

Guy is well-educated, holding an MBA in Finance & International Business from California Lutheran University, Thousand Oaks, CA and a degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Technology from UGent, Kortrijk. He is fluent in Dutch, French and English, and has limited knowledge of German. In addition to this basic academic background, Guy believes in life-long learning and is a long-term member of the recurrent iGMO entrepreneurship program at Vlerick Business school and has attended the Private Equity Masterclass at London Business School. Guy has had the opportunity to live, study and work as an intern in different geographies such as the US, China and Africa. This has made him aware of different cultural aspects of doing business and significantly facilitates an international view on business development. As a creative and dynamic individual with a strong sense of responsibility and an entrepreneurial spirit, Guy is passionate about people, strategy, and dealmaking. Bert Lafosse joined Vybros Invest early 2023 as CFO. Prior to joining Vybros Invest, he acted as CFO at De Bree, a family owned group active in waste management and industrial services. Bert was part of the management committee and board of directors and was responsible for the finance, administration, HR and IT departments. He started his professional career as auditor at KPMG Brussels. As Senior Manager he was responsible for the audits of large industrial and multinational companies. Bert obtained a Master’s degree in Applied Economics at the University of Ghent and recently completed the Executive Masterclass in Corporate Finance at the Vlerick Business School. Bert and his wife are proud parents of 2 sons. In his free time he enjoys swimming, walking, food & drinks and spending time with family and friends.

Olivier is one of the co-founders and partners at Vybros Invest. Olivier began his career in consultancy (Big Four), where he worked in the mergers and acquisitions department for about eight years. Afterwards, he played a key role in the restructuring of a struggling manufacturing company. Following a successful turnaround, he served as the CFO of the same company for around five years.

At Vybros, Olivier focuses on transactional work, including valuation, modelling, financing as well as establishing and overseeing strategic planning within portfolio companies. He is heavily involved with Vydraulics, E-Power and KegFlow, among others.

Olivier holds a degree in Applied Economic Sciences and has also pursued additional training in International Finance, at the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL) as well as London Business School.

Stijn joined the Vybros Invest team in 2018 and has since become a Partner in 2020. He began his career as an auditor at Grant Thornton, but quickly moved to the newly established Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) department, where he played a key role in building it up. Three years later, Stijn transitioned to the Transactions department at EY, one of the Big Four accounting firms. After six years in consulting, including one year in Adelaide, Australia, he played an active role in the international expansion of the Ontex Group. Stijn’s work at Vybros Invest involves providing strategic, financial, and operational support to portfolio companies, while also contributing to the company’s dynamic Buy & Build strategy. His primary motivation lies in structuring growth ambitions and leveraging the entrepreneurial drive of partners to achieve success.

Alexander Kustermans is an experienced business strategy professional and Senior Portfolio Associate at Vybros Capital Partners (VCP). Henri Van Oost is a skilled finance and legal professional and Portfolio Associate at Vybros Capital Partners (VCP). Before joining VCP, Henri worked on transactions across various industries for private equity firms, family offices, and industrial companies. He also contributed to projects for a global audiovisual company, an international marine contractor, and a multinational insurance firm, gaining valuable financial and operational insights. Henri works closely with portfolio companies to support growth, optimize operations, and drive strategic initiatives, leveraging his expertise at the intersection of entrepreneurship, finance, and consulting.

He then continued his career at a holding firm based in the USA and Canada, where he played an active and engaged role in driving operational improvements and supporting portfolio companies in scaling rapidly.

After extensive international travel for work, Dorian recently returned to Belgium to join Vybros Capital Partners (VCP). At VCP, he values the young, dynamic, and hands-on culture – where a strong drive and close personal connections are key. Now based in Belgium with his family, he appreciates the close-knit and deeply involved environment at VCP, reflecting the importance he places on teamwork and trust – values that also define his personal life and his strong bonds with family and friends.

Olivier bolsters the Vybros Capital Partners (VCP) team as operating partner since the beginning of 2025. With over 12 years of experience in automation, digitalization, and process industrialization, he brings valuable operational know-how to the VCP portfolio.

A graduate in Industrial Engineering, Olivier began his career in the family-run food processing business, now part of the Belgian Pork Group since 2021. In his primary role at the company, he continues to drive efficiency and innovation, leveraging his strong industrial background.

At VCP, Olivier selectively applies his expertise to targeted, project-based initiatives, offering strategic support aligned with VCP’s long-term vision. His hands-on approach and pragmatic mindset help portfolio companies scale processes, navigate transformation, and prepare for future growth.

Olivier is particularly drawn to the transactional nature of VCP’s work—translating strategic ambition into tangible results over time—and to the firm’s strong familial character, which resonates with his own entrepreneurial roots.
